Once Upon a Time...
A woman called Alison dreampt up a beautiful life for herself.
Alison Nancye grew up as an only child in a single parent family in Bondi Beach, Sydney Australia.
With no siblings or cousins to play with, Alison soon discovered her imagination was her best friend. Alison spent hours in her childhood and teens, dreaming of all the things she'd love to do and be when she grew up.
Alison always loved helping people. At the tender age of 11, she was often sent out of the classroom for talking too much! (shock!!!) Frequently kicked out into the corridor, Ali used the time to listen to her peers' problems. Quite naturally, Ali started sharing her advice with her schoolmates through her own personal 'Wisdom Office'.
As a child, Alison dreamed of one day finding her father. As a grown-up, with nothing to guide her except her heart and determination, Ali found her dad at the age of 33. Finding her father planted a magic seed of hope inside Alison's heart, that grew into a desire to help others create their own dream life.
Whether you are an only child or surrounded by siblings, going for your dreams can often feel like a lonely journey. Alison wanted to create a business that encouraged everyone to go for their dreams, (big and small) and live a life they really love.

Today, Alison Nancye is the Founder of The Life Kitchen, directing and encouraging her team, clients and everyone she meets to listen to their heart, lead with their spirit, and make their dreams an everyday reality, Author of Recipes for Everyday Life, cook up the life of your dreams. Alison is also the Creative Juice behind TLK's Your Delicious Life site, AND Featured Columnist of TLK's MiLK Magazine - soul food for mums.
Alison's business motto is this - 'Do what I love, with people I love, who love what they do'. If it doesn't measure up to that, then it's simply not worth doing.
Life OUTSIDE the (Life) kitchen
Today, Alison lives in Bronte Beach, Sydney Australia with her husband Francesco Biffone, three year old daughter Bellina and two year old son Benicio, surrounded by an incredibly supportive community of friends, who are the best family a little girl could have ever cooked up for herself.
