Food Affects Your Mood

RECIPES FOR EVERYDAY LIFE

Take Stock of Your Life

The more I read, listen to and observe the world around me, the more I realise what an incredibly achievement focussed world we have become. Whilst we have the wonderful Eckhart Tolle's of the world promoting the notion of 'being' - quite hard to 'do' but you get there eventually!!! - we are still very focussed on what we need to achieve to afford us the 'luxury' of being. I'm not saying don't strive for your goals and dreams, I'm just saying take time out along the way to reflect, and recognise what you have already accomplished, experienced and learned about yourself, rather than look at what you haven't accomplished yet.
