SUNNY GRACE

Sunny%20Byron.jpgOnce Upon a Time...

A woman called Sunny awoke to find herself in a blackberry jam.

Sunny Grace grew up as a hippy kid running around naked in the bush, daydreaming, meditating and learning about all things alternative.

Like most people she rebelled against her upbringing and ran away to the City in search of fame and fortune. By age 35 she had a husband, two kids under 6 and a successful business. But she was waking up every morning to her Blackberry alarm, a deluge of emails, getting kids ready for school and very negative thoughts to start the day. And noticed the same in many of her friends.

She returned to her hippy roots to find ways to change the way she started the day. The teachings of her childhood provided the inspiration behind daily dreaming, from positive affirmations, meditation and Buddhism. While she could feel herself cringing at some of the hippy mumbo jumbo, experiments on herself and her friends proved successful.

Now she wakes up in the morning to an alarm that allows her ten minutes of daily dreaming. The Blackberry stays off until she has given herself a little nurturing at the start of every day.
